Julia is a Program Planning and Delivery Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in project management across different industries and countries.

Julia’s roles have been covering large & complex program deliveries with high sensitivity & publicly visible profiles and had multiple, closely related streams of work with both components Waterfall & Agile. Her strength is in a rare combo of good methodology understanding, excellent people skills and solid knowledge & application of various tools.
