All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) per user and include technical support for the first (1st) year from the purchase date.

Prices exclude GST, which will be added to the final invoice.

* Each user of Spider Project who purchased a licenced version could use Spider Project Viewer for free.

This version allows review project schedules, build reports and diagrams but doesn’t allow to modify these schedules.

Spider Project Viewer is handy for executives, contractors, sub-contractors and all project stakeholders who need to receive information about project, program or portfolio progress.

Spider Project licence is a perpetual type of licence. After the purchase, users do not need to pay any extra to use the software.

Spider Project is protected by the USB HASP hardware key. The USB HASP key must be plugged into the computer during software use, this protects Spider Project software from being shared illegally. Each USB key has a unique number and defines the type of purchased licence.

The software could be installed on different computers but only work on a computer with a connected USB key.

The HASP USB key could be installed on a server. The server version of the USB HASP key controls a number of concurrent users. When the number of users exceeds the number of licences, the new users will get a message notifying them to wait for the licence to become available.

The licence includes technical support for the first (1^st) year from the purchase date. Starting from the second (2^nd) year, the yearly cost of technical support is 20% of the licence cost at the moment of the technical support contract cost.

The support also includes free software upgrades during the period of support prolongation.

The cost of the prolongation is calculated from the time of the paid technical support expiration.

Technical support provides an opportunity to download new versions and receive online consultation.
